⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about this pet hospital and the care they gave my little dog, Mia. She had been throwing up and having diarrhea for about 12 hours and nothing I tried at home was helping. When she started showing signs of dehydration late in the evening and our regular vet was closed, I knew I couldn’t wait. From the moment we arrived, the staff made an incredibly stressful situation feel calm and secure. We were taken into a private room right away. They gave Mia a shot to stop the vomiting, started IV fluids, checked her vitals, and the doctor came in to clearly explain what was going on and the plan for her care. There was no guessing and she got exactly what she needed quickly. They went above and beyond with the little details that meant so much. They prov

I brought my princess here for blood in stool, fever and vomiting. I was scared she would start having seizures. The front desk staff (after midnight) was so kind he ran back and alerted staff they came out shortly to take her back and check her stats out. (come to find out my thermometer was toast no fever ) not once did anyone treat like a crazy lady lol. they had quite a few patients and we did have to wait a while for diagnostic to come back which took time but as with the cost it's emergency vet care. It will be according to urgency which I can appreciate. They made sure to check her out thoroughly and have me an estimate and were clear and kind about I had the choice to do all or pick and choose no guilt. front desk was great about being kind to my needs while waiting and it wa

I just lost my dog on 1/13/26 after getting hit by a car. I had her for 10 years and even though she had all the signs of being deceased, they allowed me to take her in for an assessment. Getting there, I was quickly taken to a room and a vet technician assessed her and had determined she had no heartbeat. I asked so many questions and she was so kind and patient. Going through this difficult time of losing my baby, she brought comfort and even brought out a blanket so my baby could be “warm” while I had my last moments with her. I was there about an hour just crying and holding onto my deceased fur baby. The staff allowed me to cry it out in that room and hold her until I was ready. They checked on me and never made me feel like a burden to them. Even after the hour of being there, before

An amazing Emergency Animal Hospital staffed with the kindest, most helpful folks! I had to bring our senior pup here, on October 31st, 2025, after a fall. We were met in the parking lot by the sweetest Vet Tech and a gurney. We were taken to a room immediately and Dixie was seen, diagnosed, and we were on our way all within an hour. Such a pleasant experience during a not so pleasant time for our pup. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the doctor were all professional, courteous and genuinely invested in Dixie feeling better. Thank you, Tyler Animal Emergency Hospital!!!

10/10 recommend Tyler Animal Emergency Hospital. From check-in to discharge we experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism. Our 2 yr old dog ate a fish hook at the lake on New Year’s Day. Out of towners so our regular vet was not an option. We were seen that evening, treatment options and cost discussed, and surgery that night. We were discharged the following evening with detailed post op instructions and medications. Follow up with our regular vet ensured a great incision and internal healing. We cannot thank Dr. Hinton, Drew, and the entire staff for their help and expertise!
