Kind and helpful vet techs. Amazing vet. Our girl needed an important emergency surgery and the people here did not hesitate to get her the help she needed. Staff is caring and will make sure you are informed. Very skilled individuals!

Dr. Shams went above & beyond to get to the issue with my cat Echo, & displayed true concern, compassion, & professionalism. The office is very clean & professional. Highly recommend. Coming back 3 months later to leave an additional review for this wonderful office. Dr. Shams has helped me nurse a sick kitten back to health with severe worm infestation, fleas, needing fluids & antibiotics. Thanks to Dr. Shams & the team at Pet Veterinary Clinic, I have a healthy & happy kitten. All the staff at this clinic have been great, return calls in a timely manner, listen to my concerns, & this clinic is very reasonably priced with excellent, efficient service.

Dr Shams and his staff are the best. They take care of our mini schnauzer, whatever the need. From shots, grooming to even boarding him. He’s our baby and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care!

We had gotten Bronx (the one in the kennel with fur missing) he was covered in mange luckily it wasn’t contagious. They helped us get him to where he is now (second picture) now he is a happy and healthy boy! They are also wonderful to my toy aussie, Lucy. I highly recommend taking your fur babies to them!

Dr. Shams and his team were truly exceptional. We took our dog in and he had some dental issues that required extraction. Dr. Shams approached the situation with immense compassion. He never made us feel guilty or bad about the problem. Instead, he clearly explained the situation, educated us on preventive measures, and ensured we fully understood everything before proceeding with the procedure. The pricing was very reasonable, and our dog is now experiencing much less pain. We’ve visited several vets in Tyler, and this was undoubtedly the best experience we’ve had.
