Hannah Langford (the vet) and Ashley were both patient and kind with our very anxious dog. They handled discussing different options for my dog’s leg amazingly. They didn’t try to inflate the bill with unnecessary services and didn’t push us when we said we didn’t want to proceed with something. They clearly love animals and their job. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

We had a sick kitten and were unable to take her to our normal vet. Animal Medical Center was able to see her promptly and took amazing care of her, carefully explaining every test and option and diagnostic hypothesis. We felt very cared for, not only our kitten but us as owners. She's now feeling back to her normal self. They even reached out the next day to make sure she was feeling better, a special touch not every vet would add.

I have a sweet 13 yr old female cat, Sissy. She had not been to a vet in about 3 years and I picked Animal Medical Center of Tyler because of the great reviews and they are female owned and operated which Sissy and I love. They were so very kind and caring and Sissy was as comfortable as she could be at the Dr's office. The exam was great and I was given instructions and prescriptions for her condition and continuing care. Dr. Langford and her staff were great. My sweet Sissy is doing much better, thank you.

Great customer Service! My cat recently got into a fight and was pretty beat up, and AMC took great care of him! Walked me through all of his injuries and the medicine needed. They also sent home a detailed sheet of his medicine, when to take it, and all of the things you would need to know to care for your ailing pet. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Joy Neeley is so friendly and thorough with her exams. She explains any issues and cures where you understand. Her staff is the best! The obvious love animals!
