Hollywood Feed in Tyler is hands‑down one of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They remember customers, offer great recommendations, and make every visit feel personal. The store is spotless, well‑organized, and stocked with high‑quality food, treats, toys, and anything else your pets could need. I love how easy it is to find what I’m looking for, and if I ever have a question, someone is right there with helpful advice. My pets are obsessed with everything I bring home from here. If you want amazing customer service and top‑tier products, this is the place to go. Tyler is lucky to have a store like this. Highly recommend!

They had such a good selection of healthy items for my pets, all carefully chosen and curated! BJ helped us out immediately, and was so insanely helpful, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! If you have questions, all the staff is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. Didn't know this place was here, and even down to the way the store is organized it's a lovely place, highly recommend.

This place was awesome and very nice and clean and it was nice and cool from it being warm outside, they had a ton of different snacks and food for dogs and cats. It was an awesome experience. We got out kitten a gravy mix for his hard food and they gave us free dog and cst treats after we purchased out items. The crew was super nice and respectful and very helpful. Will def be returning.

Took my big dog in to check it out. BJ greeted us, gave my dog a sample bag of dog treats and a quick tour of the store. It's big and spacious. All the staff were so sweet and nice to my dog. We picked out a donut treat and my silly dog loved it so much he carried it around for 7 minutes before he finally ate it.

our doggie will only eat one treat: Primals Pumpkin for my Pumpkin. They are always out at Chewy and Amazon and everywhere i have looked. I finally did a search online and found them at Hollywood Feed right here in Tyler.I didn't know they even existed.. Manager and staff were awesome ! They have a great selectiom of treat's and toys
