We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Coffee and the entire nursing team for the exceptional care they have provided to our cat. When Dr. Coffee from oncology department delivered the difficult news of a cancer diagnosis, she did so with compassion and empathy. She gave us the time and space we needed to process the information, answered all of our questions patiently, and never made us feel rushed. In one of the hardest moments for our family, she treated us with genuine understanding and kindness. What truly sets Dr. Coffee apart is not only her medical expertise, but her thoughtful and individualized approach. She carefully designed multiple professional treatment options for us, clearly explaining the benefits, risks, and goals of each plan. We always felt included in the decision-making

My cat Scruffs stayed for 3 nights here at tufts back in November. They saved his life & took amazing care of him. He has been doing really well ever since, Back to his normal self!

My cat had ripped off the side of my air conditioner and escaped out of my house. He got into some toxin that left him twitching and paralyzed on the side of the road. Animal control picked him up and I was able to bring him here. From start to finish the entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond for my Donatello. They had called as he started to have seizures and didn’t think he was going to make it and advised me of that. With their constant care he made a full recovery and is now back home. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here. Amazing place!! Thank you for saving my Donatellos life!

Cannot speak highly enough of Tufts. They took excellent care of Duck during his 24-hour stay and provided regular updates about his condition. We most recently worked with Dr. Safari, who was incredibly compassionate about the entire situation and communicated all potential treatments clearly and without shame for methods that were outside of our budget. The techs and reception crew are also phenomenal! I’ve taken all of my animals here and highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency care.

Our little dog passed away over night a few days ago. My wife and I brought her here still holding out some hope but she was gone. The people there were so nice and treated our little girl with such dignity and respect. My wife called several days later we had left blanket we brought her in and was just hoping they had to help with grieving. They went out of their way and found it. If I could give them more than five stars I would. In a difficult time for us they showed compassion I want to say thank you we loved our Gabby very much Ron and Alison
