Staff was very knowledgeable, and the kids enjoyed seeing the bearded dragons and snakes. They also have beautiful birds that were very loud, and the kids loved to see them talk and interact. They also were generous and gave us some crickets at no charge for our new frog. We will definitely be back.

Such a great experience! They let us see the African Greys that were available and taught us a lot while we were there. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions and even gave us pellet samples to try, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about the birds, this is definitely our go-to store! 🦜

This store is absolutely amazing. Along with having staff that are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable they also have the highest quality and best tempered animals I have ever experienced. With each animal I bought they would answer every single question I had and guided me through owning my first bird with care. I have also left my animals in their care for boarding and by the end of their stay my birds where finally eating chop even though I had never been successful at getting them to eat it in the past. You are in amazing hands with whatever you need at Bird & Reptile.

If you're into Snakes, Lizards, Tortises or Birds this is your place! The staff are passionate and well educated. The woman, I'm guessing is the owner had a real attitude but the guys there were great. They breed a lot of their reptiles and support local breeders as well. My kids loved being able to handle various snakes and learn about them at the same time. I was more than impressed with the store and will definitely be back

The staff here at Bird & Reptile Connection are AMAZING! I've never met people who are so passionate about what they do. These people live and breathe birds and have absolutely no problem talking with you and explaining the intricacies of raising and training birds in a language that anyone can understand. I'm completely blown away by how well trained the birds are here and how much care and attention is given to them. Even though I live quite far away I always enjoy dropping by just to see the birds and have a conversation with the staff. This place is truly one of a kind.
