After a very disappointing visit to both Green Acres Veterinary Center and my local vet, Grand Island Animal Hospital, I called here per the recommendation of a friend, and spoke with the owner Ann. I cannot express how thankful I am for your help (and Brendan's), and all the information you took the time to share with me. Archie loved all the remedies I came home with and he's doing so much better!! We will definitely be in for a visit as soon as he's off house rest.

Treats Unleashed is a local gem! I’ve know Ann and Andy for such a long time. We are so lucky to have a pet store like this in Western New York. Whenever I have a question she and Christian, too, take their time and are so patient and incredibly helpful. I Love to support small business in our area and this place is why. I came in for my cats dry food and they were out. The owner gave my a few sample bags to hold me over until shipment comes in. I came to this store when they were on Sheridan Dr. and the owners were great then and still are! Thank you for superb customer service! A rarity in this day and age.

Treats unleashed is an awesome store. Owners and employees are super knowledgeable and there is a nice reward system for purchases like a free bag of dog food after 12 purchases and discount points. Also it’s a local small business so even more reason to support them.

This place wasn't even on my radar a year ago. I was buying my spoiled, rotten *whispers the word d-o-g* her food from a local pet store that was within walking distance of my house. That place ended up going out of business, and because I wanted to keep the d-o-g (honestly, she has NO IDEA) on the same food, I started throwing my business to this place. It's worth the drive, but as a bonus, they deliver for free if your order is over a certain dollar amount. We are big believers in the raw diet & love supporting Doggone Raw, another local business. Two birds, one stone, right? (What an AWFUL expression, especially in a review for a pet store. I honestly don't blame you if you remove points for my use of the expression!) Anyway, the staff is also really amazing & so helpful and friendly. T
