A month ago, I visited your store to purchase a female guppy for my son’s aquarium. We already have several male and female guppies, and I was simply looking to buy one additional female. A young lady, who was helping us, displayed a noticeable lack of patience and professionalism. From the start, she seemed uninterested and even judgmental when we mentioned we only wanted a female guppy. She insisted that we needed to purchase multiple females or a divider, which we had already explained we had at home. After we completed the purchase, I noticed that the receipt had been marked with “no return,” and I was informed that the fish would not be covered under the store’s warranty. While I understand that some fish may not be returnable, I found it unreasonable to impose a "no return" policy b

I adopted my guinea pigs through SPCA at this location. They have the best selection of small animal products and the staff is always friendly

Her service was real and she saved the day after an online order from DoorDash that was heading to the store for hours lmao I appreciate you taking the situation and fixing it so quickly and actually caring. It goes a long way. After having a rough day and genuine humans offer warmth, it makes all the difference. Thanks Hun!!!

We take our puppy here for training, and will continue to until we run out if classes to take! The trainer Bee is kind, and knowledgeable, the store is clean, staff are always friendly and excited to see all the animals come in.

I brought my American Eskimo in for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Our groomer, Bee, did an absolutely amazing job handling all that fluffy fur — my pup came out looking like a cloud and smelling fantastic. The groomer was clearly experienced with double-coated breeds. It’s not easy to get an Eskie’s coat looking this good, but they nailed it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet.
