Pet Supplies Plus Amherst - Sheridan

Stacey did a great job grooming my newfoundland, Coco. With Coco being a rescue, she comes with quirks including being reactive at times with dogs, but loves people. Coco does great with baths at home and loves being brushed, so I always wondered if she was treated okay with a previous groomer that always seemed annoyed when Coco was brought in for appointments (not at Pet Supplies Plus). Stacey assured me that although my dog was a bit vocal with a golden and doesn't like her nails trimmed, she was a good client. Coco did not go home acting stressed like she has with past groomers. And her coat feels amazing. Stacey did a great job thinning out her undercoat during her shedding season, and I look forward to bringing her back now seeing that Coco was treated well.

This location is well organized and the staff is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate where they've got the adoptable kitties by the window so they can sunbathe and watch the outside versus some of the other locations that have them against a wall.

This was our first ever visit to this store w/our dog, Bug. We had Bug washed, cut, and groomed. He looked great. We were very happy with the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. Store was clean. Staff was great. And our dog looked awesome. We plan on returning w/Bug very soon.

Only had 1 25lb of smfish tank stones... could have their stock up to par for the customers. But other than that. Great experience. Just need to re stock when running out of stuff!!!!

Shelf was empty but Samara was super helpful and found what I was looking for in the back stock! MVP of the store! Value her!
