Get my dog sprinkles groomed here and she always comes out looking and feeling super soft. My dog gets groomed by Bridget and I've nvr had a bad experience with her. Awesome service in the grooming area

I had my two dogs groomed here and had been taking them to a private groomer for years but decided to take a chance on a pet store. Beth was our groomer and mentioned she had fifteen years experience and had worked in a vet office. Boy did this reflect in her work she did an amazing job because my dogs were in shambles. Get your dogs groomed by Beth she's the best. We will definitely be back!!

SAD BUT TRUE... So I "just" picked up a new puppy to join my family and needed a few things , off to Pet Supplies Plus I went. Upon entering the store hoping to be greeted and to be pointed in the right direction for my small list. After awhile I was approached and was happy to ask where the leashes and chew toys were. But before I was able to ask, I was scolded like a child for not having a leash. During my disbelief she scampered away . So the search continued..... once again another employee told me about the leash law. I asked to be pointed to the leashes but was ignored. Now from time to time I get confused with a young Mel Brooks or George Clooney but on this day I mind as well have been Michael Vick.

Their self service dog wash is like none other dog wash than i've ever seen. And I don't mean that in a good way. First of all it was not totally clean. We entered the first DogWash bay and there was dog hair matted on the floor of the bay. We went to the next bay, which was cleaner.But still not clean. The way that it works is similar to a self service car wash. Everything is dispensed through the hose. Water, shampoo, conditioner etc. So there is no way to control the amount of shampoo or other product. Making it impossible to lather my dog up. About halfway through the bath the tub was filling with water. I had to stop and move to the other tub bay, the dirty one. At the end the blow dryer was weak and didn't have hot air. It was useless. It seems like the management doesn't want this

I am so happy with my experience! My sweet boy was so well cared for and came home looking and smelling fantastic! Kira is so great! We love her!
