Great store but older lady that works there now is rude as hell every time i come there an check out and gives me an attitude because she doesnt know how to use her system. This has been 3 seperate times in a row dealing with her. I wrote it off the first 2 as her having a bad day but clearly shes just a mean person. My company brings this store a lot of business but i if i see her working the checkout from not on i will be turning around and walking back out.

The staff here, (especially Megan) are very nice. The only problem is when certain supplies run out. I know they aren’t responsible for when supplies are delivered, but it can still be a bit frustrating when it is unexpected. That is the only complaint I have, and I’m sure they aren’t the only store with this problem. I’m sure they do the best they can to stay on top of it.

Wasn't impressed with the Give Your Dog A Bath Area.... It was Really nasty in there I understand there's dogs in there getting bathed but it could be a lot cleaner for the next dog that comes in.

Love this store! The people are super friendly and helpful, the inventory is great and well stocked and the prices are reasonable for most things. The store is also kept neat and clean which is a great bonus. Thank you to TSC of Morganton for being an A+ example of what a box retail store can and should be!
