Beautiful Day Dogs Training and Behavior

Great experience with our dog, Rosie in Level 1 Good Manners Class. Shannon is very patient with the dogs (and their owners lol) during training. Love that it is all based on positive reinforcement. Great, detailed, take home lessons also. We hope to take another class soon!

I wish I’d had a zoom session with Beautiful Day Dogs so much sooner! We have had trouble with our sweet old dog chasing cats, and I desperately wanted a kitten. Shannon made it so easy to work with her over zoom- I just sent her some videos ahead of time, and voila! Now I have a happy old dog and a sweet little kitten! Not to mention that Shannon created a plan of “introduction” that didn’t involve punishments or scolding. After just a month Pepper and Junipurr are happy to be in the same room and NO CHASING!! Thank you so so much Shannon!

Shannon and John at Beautiful Day Dogs have taken our boys under their caring wings. Winston attends day camp and Otto enjoys walks with John. They are not only very knowledgeable, professional and kind but they care about our boys too. Winston is an energetic little man and they show so much patience with not just him but me too in learning the best ways to communicate. I highly recommend their training classes too. I learned so much from a training series for puppies they offered. I really don’t know what we would do without them. 🐾💕

We were extremely happy with the training we received from Shannon. She is through, positive in her approach to training, and you can tell that she loves dogs of all kinds. She only takes 2 dogs at a time and that was very helpful in getting the attention and time that we needed to become proficient in what she taught us. We are better dog owners because of Shannon's class.
