I took my bunny here and was very satisfied with the staff and treatment, however when my bunny got sick and I called back needing help for him asap I didn't have 400$ all at once and they told me they didn't do any payment plans so my bunny hasn't been able to see a doctor yet. This is suppose to be the team that took my bunny in to treat and care for his well being and I couldn't imagine a doctor to turn away one of their patients when they have a life threatening issue just because they need to pay for it in payments. My bunny is very sick and I trusted this place to be there n treat him as if their patients are important and their life worth more than a dollar. I am trying to fight for my bunny life bc he is my family and I don't know how to get him the help he needs as fast as he nee

We spend half our time in San Antonio, Texas, (our hometown) and half our time in Marion, NC with our new grandbaby. We bring our 2 small dogs with us everywhere we go. Our 11-year-old, female, mini poodle has had ongoing dental issues over the years. When we were in NC last Aug ‘24, we had a dental cleaning done for her at the Medicine Man in Morganton, NC; it was less than $1000 including all the bloodwork, all the preparation, the anesthesia, the procedure, the extra extractions, AND he removed six questionable moles from her at the same time. We were back in San Antonio in July ‘25 and her breath was smelling bad, so we went to her regular vet at Huebner Oaks in SA & asked about it (just assuming it was a dental). Huebner Oaks vet hospital quoted us over $2800, not including anything

This is a past experience. I will never go here again. My Siamese cat named Paw it turned out Needed to be treated for diabetes. We spent about $800 for my 10 yr old cat to pass with medicine man’s veterinarian replacement.

I’m going to try and keep this short, but I’ve been to two appointments so far and I dread going back for checkups on my dog. Both visits I’ve waited over hour to hour and half without anyone seeing me. Second appointment I had to go remind someone I was still waiting to be seen and still had to wait 20 more minutes. Doctor came in for 5 minutes to tell me dogs ear looks good and he will see us next week. I was furious about this and voiced my opinion and he stated “sorry we had someone call out” in which I straight up said “You guys are understaffed and over booking”. This is unacceptable to wait this long, I told front desk staff and she chuckled and said sorry.
