PetSmart

Took our dog Chewie to petsmart last week. He is getting up in the years so normally we just have them cut the hair around his paws and trim his nails. The groomer (Rachel) asked if we wanted for her to try and trim him up a little more. We said whatever he could tolerate. When we came back to pick him up he looked amazing. I don't know how she did it, we have to bribe him to do any grooming. Great job Rachel. I hope in the future you will be willing to help us out with him.

I called and they told me I did not need an appointment that they do walk-in as long as we had an account, which we do and both our dogs been here several times. But when I we got there, they pull up our account by our phone number and said we had to make an appointment. We got there at 10 AM and they made us an appointment for 1 o’clock. Therefore, we had to drive back home and go back. We went to Pet Parlor and they did excellent job on my dog’s nails for a much lower price! I would never ever recommend PetSmart to anyone!😡

I took my 4lb toy poodle in for a wash and cut .. and while I was waiting, I found a cute new jacket for her (which can be hard because of her size (xxs)).. I love being able to spoil her with new stuff.

Blonde worker in the back needs to learn how to catch fish. She was aggressively swiping at fish, doesn't know what she is doing. Saw her stun and possibly kill fish as she scooped them.

Nice pet store, huge selection of products.friendly staff. I really like the selection of dog foods, my boys are picky. Leashes and collars in every color imaginable. This is the best pet store in the area. Just had our first training class, It was awesome, we learned so much .
