There is a section in the store that is devoted to dogs making things easy to find. The brand of dog food i need for my dog is always there in the same place, I don't have to look all around the store. Dog toys and treats are also easy to locate. I am able to get what I need quickly and there is always help to lift the bags of dog food into my truck.

Seams like every time I go in to refill my propane tanks, there is always an issue with there system. I think it's just an excuse not to go out in the cold weather. Disappointed again..

I love Tractor Supply! You walk in and it’s like home. Familiar faces and getting to know the crew. You can always find someone when you need help. There were two guys that stood out today making it inviting and welcoming. I knew what I needed and where it was, but way to go Alex and Aaron you guys are awesome! Keep up the great customer service

Terrible online shopping experience. I do not recommend. They are not fulfilling orders from their inventory. I am still waiting 14 days after my order when they said it would ship in 3 days, even though they charged me for it. Customer support said they can't guarantee they can cancel my order, so I'm left waiting to see if it ever processes. If I go buy it somewhere else so I have the order for Christmas, like it was suppose to be, they can charge my card and process my order anytime, so I could end up paying twice and go through all of these issues trying to return. I was trying to support a private company but I will be sticking to amazon from now on. Very disappointed.
