The staff are very knowledgeable in their departments that they specialize in. I love their tie selection, cat treats, cat food, cat toys, etc. When I used to have fish and tanks they were great. When they get new shipments they quarantine them before selling, if you are wanting a specific fish that they don’t have they can special order for you, etc. etc. Plus, they price match with another store if you find it cheaper elsewhere (as far as I’m aware this hasn’t changed). Another thing is compared to the big chains.. staff at Pet Expo ALWAYS take exceptional care of all the animals. They all seem to truly care about every single one there. Love the store, everyone is nice, EXCEPT this girl name Aislyn She bullied my daughter when my daughter worked their, and put my daughter through hell. And now because im her mom, she is so rude to me. She slams stuff on the counter, and a snarle on her face all of the time. She acts like because shes been there a few years, that shes some big lawyer, walking around with her nose in the air. But I hate to break it to her, shes only a cashier.... Its time she quits!!! She has no customer service skills whatsoever!! Ive talked to the store manager, and he talked with her and she let up for two days, but now shes right at it again. I shouldnt have to come in that store, and have her glaring at everything me or my daughter says, even when we arnt even talking to her. This place is goin

Love this place! Too many reasons to listen, but unmatched variety of products amd services, gorgeous critters to visit or adopt. Very clean organized and the staff is stellar! The only place I go for the products and services that truly matter for my pets.

Gina is absolutely wonderful as a groomer and human being. My dogs love going in for appointments with her. If you’re looking for a groomer, definitely check to see if she has availability.

Love coming to this place when were in Minnesota. They have the best deals on animals. And all the correct supplies for great prices compared to petco. Spent around $140 for a snake and the correct starter supplies for them. Great price would've spent double at petco. The workers were also sweet and you can ask to touch the animals as well. So that is always a plus
