PetSmart

Only ever had one other problem with pet smart till today. Me and my bf got hornworms and super worms for our 2 bearded dragons. We used to have another beardie but died due to parasites. Roaches were small (supposed to be large)or dead. Got home gave one to our youngest beardie, went to grab another for my oldest and realized there were MAGGOTS EVERYWHERE!!!! Ofc what most ppl would do, I called asap n told this woman what I had seen and how unacceptable, unsafe, and they should check and throw out their food. She then responded with she is going to talk to another coworker (on hold), comes back saying her coworker has owned beardies for years and it is perfectly fine for them to eat the worms and she is willing to give a refund with receipt. I yet again said that her coworker was not rig

Don't ever trust the grooming department, they do not know breeds.. charge you extra to brush all to find out they shaved my dog down to nothing. My husky came out with no hair and chunks missing from her under coat. Looks awful 😖 Never again... 4 hrs when the regular groomer takes an hour per dog.

As A fellow business owner, I would have assumed the hours online would be accurate. What a complete waste of time . I arrived at 8:30pm only find out they closed 30 minutes prior.

100/10 recommend! We called at 8 to let them know we were coming in for a walk in nail trim. Got there just after 8:30, she knew who we were right away. The tec Nick came out, greeted our 80 lb very anxious 1 year old German Shepard, very calm, gentle and kind. We shopped around for 10-15 minutes before getting the call he was done. When we got back there, he was calm and happy as can be! They were AMAZING ❤️

At this particular PetSmart, the employees were fantastic, especially the woman who helped me find everything I needed for my newly adopted dog Polar Bear. It was a lot of fun picking out his new tag and then getting it engraved on site within minutes. The store was clean and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to store for Polar Bear 🐻‍❄️.
