I love TSC! They are friendly considerate and always there to help you with whenever you need!! They make you feel right at home ! Highly recommended store!!
Took my dog into the self serve bathing stations. It was dirty. Only two towels were brought in for an 11 month old Great Pyrenees. There was no soap only conditioner. There was no way to contact anyone without leaving my wet dog. I told them at the register and they still charged me. Now I have to take her some where else to be washed. She hates baths. Waste of time. Money and stress on my puppy.
Store is nice and clean. Staff very pleasant. Just beware when buying what you think are pullets chicks and they grow to be guineas.
Had an awesome customer service experience picking up an online order from checkout to loading the vehicle. Brittany with loading did an excellent job. She had a genuine positive energy and was skilled with the forklift. Will be a regular customer now!
Very helpful staff, and knowledgeable about supplies.
