I am a Labrador retriever breeder and one of my females developed an open Pyometra 38 days into a pregnancy. Tammy Fugate one of the vet techs spoke with Dr Burdette about my dog Lacey, and her condition. Our normal vet had to postpone surgery due to storm conditions where we live it is very rural and roads have become very treacherous. Dr. Burdette went above and beyond to provide us with a quick surgical appointment to save Lacey. If it had not been for Tammy going above and beyond to help us in getting help to Lacey the outcome would have been much different then it is this evening. For this Lacey is in recovery and God blessed us both! Thank you just does not even seem to be enough to express our deepest gratitude. The entire experience was heart felt from the staff in front welcoming

i am seriously not the type of person to leave a review ever, but what town and country did or lack there of is unforgivable. i went on vacation and left my kitty with my boyfriend for the first time since ive had him. he was obviously pretty stressed out about me being gone and unfortunately ate something and got sick. the minute my boyfriend noticed he didnt eat his breakfast he took him to town and country. i understand emergency vets are extremely busy with low staffing but my boyfriend was at town and country for about 5 hours, most of it waiting with no one communicating to him what was going on. they ran an xray and bloodwork tests on my kitty and essentially said they didnt know what was wrong. they told us to schedule a follow up appointment for the next day and to bring a stool s

Our sweet boy went to two other vets before we finally landed here at Town and Country. He refused to eat or drink for days and I ended up calling really late one evening to get him seen. They were able to get us in with only 30 minutes notice and Dr. Burdette took such wonderful care of him while he stayed for 2 nights. She also found the problem and we were able to treat him and get him back to his sweet playful and cuddly self! It meant the world to us when she even reached out from out of town just to check on him. I would trust them with all our pets. ❤️

My dog, Honey, was brought in for emergency surgery after possibly being hit by a car, with a shattered tibia and fractured hip/pelvis. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced with one of my dogs, and the staff was so helpful and comforting when I brought her in. Dr Nick, her surgeon, has been incredible — informative, knowledgable, comforting, and so patient with my questions and concerns — he kept me updated through the entire process. Dr Tucker met with us for her discharge and an aftercare appointment, and was amazing! Having an emergency with your dog is a very scary situation to be in, and the entire staff at Town&Country made sure Honey (and myself) were cared for at every step. She is a month out from her surgery and doing amazing!! I am forever grateful for everyone at
