Great place My only hesitation would be pricing. Seems like it's getting higher and higher all the time. One of the things I do like is the way your staff interacts with the actual patients. You guys spoil my kids just as much as I do and I certainly appreciate that. The up close and personal attention my boys receive at Appalachian Veterinary Services is just as important as the quality of care they receive: Top Notch!! From being greeted at the door along with professional care from staff and Doctors and the polite farewells there's nothing not to like. Since moving, we are so grateful to have found Appalachian Vet. They are extremely professional and kind. Will be recommending them to anyone in need of a large animal vet.

Appalachian Vet has taken wonderful care of my mare for the past two years. They are quick to respond to calls and I love that they can text you photos if you are out of town. They are prompt and reliable and from what I can tell, very fairly priced! I'm lucky to have a quality vet practice so close to my girl!

The staff a AVS are always so friendly and welcoming. They love my dog like their own and treat us all so well. My dog absolutely loves going there and seeing everyone.

Highly recommend Appalachian Vets for any of your animal needs. They have been incredible with my horse. Woody came over from the UK with me and unfortunately fell sick when he landed. The vet team were on it straight away and he made a full recovery. We are now dealing with ulcers (two years later) for my horse which is stressful. Dr Pop and his team have been so informative and kind throughout all my questions. Super gentle with my very sensitive horse. I couldn’t recommend this team enough if you are looking for any veterinary services for your furry friends.
