I took my 3 months mini poodle girl in feb 18 for the first time and i was a little bit worry because it was Gracie's first time. When they called me to pick her up i was surprised how beautiful she looked. She walked to me so excited and happy. I Loved this place! The guy in front i think was the owner was very kind to me. The girl who groom my princess Gracie I forgot her name but she is hispanic from PR and she is super excellent and very lovely the way she care for what she does and have a lot of knowledge. She well explained me everything she did to Gracie and gave me few tips knowing that is the first pet I ever had. Looking forward for her appt in march. 200% reccomended this place!

Rebecca at Town & Country Pet Center takes THE BEST care of Blue!!!! He is anxious and obnoxious, and she calms him down and takes the best care of him! Grooming for my massive Shepard is incredibly affordable! I love this family business and the top notch care they provide for all of their furry clients. 💙 5 ⭐️ review! 10/10 HIGHLY recommended!

Let me tell you something about this place! The best boarding house and groomer in this area by far. It starts with the family atmosphere that gives you a great feeling about who you are leaving your dog with. That's the best part. Jeremy at the front desk is such a good guy and does exactly what he says he will do. My dog actually goes in excited which tells me everything. Rebecca I. The back is an incredible groomer....Everytime. Not occasionally or most of the time. Everytime. Not a long wait or anything. Super easy pickup. Im just sharing this because if you love your pet, then this business right here gives you the peace of mind to know your dropping them off with a family! Id rate higher than a 5 if I could.

I called this morning to make an appointment for my dog to get groomed again . They dropped me as a customer. I used to bring my other dog, a shihtzu there for years.She passed away 2 years ago. She was 13 . I've been in Jacksonville 35 years and I used to use their vet on Western boulevard. I was a loyal customer. I never complained, but what's the point of having reviews if you can't put down your experience? It speaks volume to me that they don't even know my last name when I call. They throw away cards, don't update them. I opted to give this place another chance but I'm sorry that I did as they said my name was red-lined out and the owner said I was no longer to be a customer there. 😡 My review from a five went to a four and then a three. Just found this wonderful place! I only used it for getting my dog groomed, not for the pet boarding. My dog was in need of a cut really bad. I had called Monday afternoon , and the owner, Jeremy, set me up an 8am Tuesday appointment! I arrived a little before 8 am. on Tuesday, and they were open and ready for my dog, Angel. I left Angel and returned back home. AN HOUR later, Jeremy was calling, saying Angel was ready! And mind you, she was in need of a cut that included having matted areas and a lot of hair! (See before/after in photos) They did a fantastic job with the cut, plus trimmed her nails and washed her! They only charged me $60 for everything! I have spent a lot more and received a lot less taking Angel to other groomers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOWN AND COUNTRY!
