Animal House Jacksonville

It's been a great experience thus far. I love the level of professionalism you see as soon as you walk in. They took time and patience in finding the right play groups for my Corso. As well as the right handlers. And even better I can watch him on camera if he's in the big play area. I'm a very protective dog parent and I'm not ashamed of it. But I feel very comfortable with my guy at Animal House.

I had an amazing experience with Animal House They groomed both of my dogs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My pups came back looking incredible, clean, soft, and perfectly trimmed. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with because both dogs were relaxed, happy, and comfortable when I picked them up. The communication was great, the appointment was easy to schedule, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. It’s not easy finding someone you trust with your pets, but I feel completely confident bringing my dogs here from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond!

My pup has been here for grooming in the past and she loves it, but stayed here for the first time over Christmas and again she loved it. She came home with a report card detailing each day, she played with other vacationers and I got pictures added to my account throughout her stay. When booking the lady I spoke with helped me find the right plan to match what I was looking for to help with better pricing, this saved about 50$ in the long run, which was very helpful. I will definitely come back to animal house for future boarding needs.

It was our pups very first boarding experience!! A 10 Day Stay!! He was well taken care of by the staff. He had so much fun playing with some of the staff and other pup friends. Having the ability to see him playing in the play areas helped put our minds at ease, while we were many states away. We loved receiving pictures and reports cards for a few of his days. We would have loved it even more if they were daily updates, but what we did receive was great!! He will definitely be boarding there again when needed.

I can't say enough good things about Animal House in Jacksonville, NC! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-organized everything was. The facility smelled fresh, the floors were immaculate, and everything was clearly well-maintained with sanitation in mind—something that's incredibly important to me as a pet parent. What really stood out, though, was the staff's incredible energy and compassion. Everyone we interacted with was not only friendly and upbeat but also clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to make one of our rescue dogs, who struggles with anxiety, feel comfortable and safe. Their gentle approach and patient demeanor made a huge difference—he actually started to have fun, which never happened at other boarding facilities
