THEY GROOM RABBITS! Nicole was incredible! She groomed two of our intakes that were found as strays, completely matted with precious Angora fur and not only did she avoid shaving them but she took twice as long with them just to make sure to spend careful time on them both. This saved us HOURS as we were able to drop them off and continue working our other errands. Any rescues or shelters know that time is precious and should always be well spent and thanks to Nicole and Grooming Tails LLC we were able to stay productive and pick up these two precious boys now ready to go for their photo op to be posted available on our page. Thank you ladies! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

UPDATE: THEY ALSO DO BUNNIES! I had been looking everywhere for someone to groom my cat that needed his whole torso shaved. His fur had too much advanced matting and could not be brushed out so I knew I needed to find someone qualified because shaving a cat is a very delicate process and their skin is very sensitive and can be cut easily if done wrong. The more I research it, the more nervous I got. He was a rescue cat that had never been groomed before. I made a post on Facebook asking for recommendations and everyone kept suggesting this place even though they very recently just opened up, and specifically Angie who is certified for all cat grooming. I spoke with her directly, sent videos, explained my worries, concerns and hesitations and not only did she answer me professionally but w

My dog has really heavy anxiety about getting groomed. This place is amazing. Nicole is excellent. Highly recommend you take your pet here above five stars so impressed. The staff is amazing. I interacted with at least four people, and every single person was Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Nicole makes an amazing paw pad cream highly recommend it smells delicious my dog loves it. She’s so relaxed right now at home. It was a great experience. First time at Grooming Tails, but not our first grooming by the best of the best Chantel. The establishment is super clean and friendly. Highly recommend this awesome group of ladies for your fur babies grooming. Chantel always has my Buddy Love looking so handsome.
