I have 2 horses, that were gelded here. I got upset, because their behavior with mares is horrible. I blamed everyone for their bad behavior, except them. Then Morgan, a very intelligent and patient vet, ( I’m sure these vets wanted to choke me) helped me figure out their bad behavior , (they did bloodwork to make sure they were not proud-cut), and even offered their services free, if it was their mistake. Then Morgan offered me to call personally if I had problems or needed advice. Sometimes, as a horseman, i think i know so much, just to find out how little i do know … and even tho my horses are trained well, and obediently, (bridleless roping horses), they still have their own little quirks, that have nothing to do with castration

I would like to give a big thank you to Josh and Dr. William Symm who helped us with a very difficult situation to say goodbye to our beloved dog Leia. We knew she was coming up on the end of her life. They told us all the information we needed to make the hard decision 😪. They gave us time with her to say goodbye and took.such good care of us and her. They were so compassionate and kind. This was one of the hardest things we have had to do and they made everything so much easier and humane. Thank you so much. We understand it is your job but your compassion made all difference in a horrible time for us to say goodbye. They took such good care of Leia on a yearly basis but they were really there for the end.

Fore warning do not trust this veterinarian for any of your animals!!!! I'm not usually one to complain but my family and i have been using this vet for years and we have always had fantastic service until now, they have completely fallen off with how they treat animals, because I took my baby in to get his nails clipped and a regular check up and for starters they wouldnt let me go back with my dog which is not normal and when he refused to leave my side they DRUG HIM BACK, mind you this baby weighs about 10 pounds they could've picked him up. Thats pure laziness and flat out disrespect for animals. And to top it off when they brought him back to me his hair under his chin down to his chest was GONE and skin was all torn up. When I asked they said I dont know what happened. So yes I will

Dr. Chapman has taken care of my dog for the last two years and is so considerate, deliberate and kind to her when we go in. The vet techs are also so compassionate and loving with my animals. I also had an emergency with a dog I was dog sitting for one weekend. I knew I could call and TCAH would see me, and they fit Mags right in! Dr. Patterson walked us through her wound, why he was implementing the care plan he thought best, and comforted us in the process. This team is excellent and the prices for services and meds are affordable. The front of house are always welcoming and let me know when they can apply rebates to Bindy’s meds. The quality of care at TCAH is unmatched.

Its been a tremendous blessing to have Dr Patterson from puppy to our rainbow journey....Old fashioned values, compassion and stellar care.... If I'm being toadally 🐸 honest, better care than 95% of the patient care I've received during the same time frame. I'm not jealous though (much) but I am very grateful. Consistently 10 Star ✨ A very happy furman family in Herrville 🐾❣️✌️
