Dr. Samantha McIntosh was so sweet and spent so much time with Lacee . Her tech Chris was excellent too he did a thorough history physical exam and vitals .Lacee really loved him . She didnt act like an animal who had just vomited a half gallon of blood . She was lethargic until I got her to the clinic but then she got happy when she met Chris . The staff are so friendly and understanding . I really like this place. Dr McIntosh took the time to explain all of the treatment options available for Lacee . She is a very thorough and understanding Dr.

We established care with Friend's recently and I'm so pleased with the care, attention, and professionalism we received! Dr. Mac and her staff were all so kind to my dog and Dr. Mac took her time answering all my questions, and giving me honest feedback about my choices as a pet owner (vs trying to sell me anything). I also have had multiple interactions with Ramon at the front desk and he is always so patient and friendly. I am so thankful we found Friend's Vet since moving to the Kerrville area! Highly recommend!

I've use Friend's Vet for almost a year for both of my cats. The office is clean,organized. The staff is friendly and the exam was thorough,my concern was addressed and explained well. I left with all my questions answered. Highly recommend.

What an incredible veterinarian. We called at 8:20 pm when our little Maltese was choking. We had read on NextDoor that they offered after hours care. Dr. McIntosh met us right away at the clinic and was so calm and caring. She took care of our little guy, told us what to watch for at home and sent us on our way as very satisfied clients. If you are searching for a vet, you found it in her. Compassionate people are sometimes hard to find.

They were extremely friendly ! They saw me as soon as they could even though I walked In. My cat was needing urgent care and they explained everything to me and they provided me with an invoice (very fair prices !) I 100% will be coming back and I am now a customer for life because I want only the best services for my pets.
