Pet Supplies Plus Kerrville

I've been coming to this Pet Store for years now and it is a go to place for all of your critter needs. They have just about every cat/dog food brand, a grooming area, a cat adoption section, aquatic plants along with fish and snails. They've also got ferrets, birds, bearded dragons, chameleons, tree frogs, guinea pigs and hamsters. I normally come here for the aquatic supplies but unfortunately for the last 3 months they have given me the wrong aquatic plants and they haven't had any snails (except for the assassin snail, which I cannot have in my tank). I've had to order my supplies from Amazon including the live critters. Overall it's a great store and I do like the baked dog treats they have, my dog loved his birthday cupcakes and cookies!

Self Pet Wash is temporarily close for renovation. My 2 stars is because besides announcements on Facebook, and that's if you follow them on FB, you would not know it is closed. Manager stated she has no control over their Google page or website. A little fore thought here would be good. Maybe let your up line know a broder announcements should be in place? People outside of Kerrville come to this store for their pet needs because this is the nearest store for lot of smaller towns, like Fredricksburg.

This store is great, I've gone here for years and the place has always been perfect for our animals. I've never had a problem with this store before but I came in with my granddaughter to buy a bird, and we have around twenty years experience with birds. The bird had been covered by a towels every time we have come in, to the point where the bird can't see out the cage. The man who had the bird covered by towels for at least a week came out to tell us DO NOT UNCOVER the bird!!! Which we were only opening the corner of the towels to see it and talk to it. When I said we are buying it He left came back with a piece of paper filled out his part handed the paper to me said to fill it out then bent down with a box slipped the bird in it and just walked away with the bird and never said a word t

The thank-you note was a thoughtful gesture. My fur baby, Patrick, is in pain and can't see the vet until next week. The employee was kind, and the service was very professional and efficient.

I come here weekly for years to get supplies and animals often, today my niece wanted a new hamster for Christmas and the big man helping didn't want to sell us one because he didn't want to get down to get it out the cage and was nothing but rude.... i will be ordering my feed supplies online from now on very disappointing
