My son's first dog that he has had since he was five which he is turning 18 was accidentally hit by a car in our drive but he didn't want him buried so we opted for cremation, initially it was going to take 7 to 10 days but upon learning the story and seen how devastated he was surprisingly to us 2 days later on Sunday they called and had him ready to bring home. I Thank the staff for their support and compassion and professionalism for my son and his dog Sox. I will now be taking all my dogs to this veterinary clinic after seeing compassion they have for our animals and people. Thank you again with deepest of gratitude. The Lape family.

Undoubtedly the best veterinarian I have ever met. Dr Bennett is more knowledgeable and able to share that knowledge fluently. He has saved many of my pets lives on multiple occasions. Katie is amazing and I think she's gotta be pretty special to keep up with the Dr! Your safe with the Ark!

I can’t give 0. My son took animals to him twice now and they returned from his office worse than they went in. I spoke to the vet whom I feel lied to me. Weights were obtained when my son asked what the kittens weighed AS HE was picking them up. When I spoke to Dr. he blamed all this on my sons treatment saying he waited too long and saying he treated for coccidia and it was good that my son treated already for intestinal parasites but he’s not seeing those as much in kittens and puppies (although all puppies and kittens have intestinal parasites and it’s standard practice to worm them especially with vaccines) my son had 4 kittens and had lost 1. He made the appointment to try to not lose anymore but it didn’t appear they had been fed, or had the heating pad on or even really been looked

My cat is very happy and healthy. I had a scare 2 years ago and with their help she is an energetic 22 year old feline.

We were vacationing in Kerrville and brought our pups with us. Late Friday evening one of our pups became very restless and had signs of a UTI which had proven to be almost deadly to her several years ago because of other health issues she has. We had no idea what to do so we called our own vet and explained the situation. He advised us to try to find someone to see her first thing the next morning. We got very little sleep that night and were so worried we wouldn’t be able to find anyone to see her since we were from out of town and It was a Saturday. We drive into town to try to find someone and we are so incredibly thankful that this is where we stopped. They did not hesitate to see her and treat her.
