Just wanted to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Laurie Joseph and her wonderful staff. Back in March of this year My 7yr old cat quit eating suddenly. I called my previous veterinarian to get an appointment. They would not even try to accommodate my cat. As I was desperate and very worried because I could tell Fifi was getting very ill very quickly I called Top notch. They accommodated me very quickly. Dr. Joseph and staff took every step to try and help Fifi. She needed an ultrasound right away so they set up the appt in Pittsburgh and even transported her there for a small fee. After her diagnosis they had to insert a feeding tube which stayed in for approximately 5 weeks. They saved Fifi’s life and I am forever grateful to the entire Top Notch staff. Took a cat to the vet yesterday I had found outside and injured Wednesday evening went in for just a check up but knew there could be more to it which was fine they had given me price estimates that were completely misleading and not what was to be payed at all. Later that day I had went back to pick the cat up and was told it was $460 something and was confused cause the estimate was 397-420 and they had not added the exam to that estimate for whatever known reason so after all the confusion I was told that the one of the main vets kim wanted to further speak with me in the end payed $480 and had jumped the price even further then what they originally led me to believe it would be. He also ended up needing to do routin bandage changes which I wanted to know how much would cost and was tol

had a goat with a horn curving towards her head. had to get it removed. they were very nice and took good care of her. definitely going back.

I've been crying for the past few days thinking I was going to lose my dog and we were going to have to let her cross the rainbow bridge today. That did NOT happen. The staff and the vet at Top Notch is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They are going to save our girl. They loved her and cared for her today to make her comfy until she has a hysterectomy surgery on Monday. I have never felt more relieved in my life! Thank you for getting us in for an appointment so quickly and saving our sweet baby girl! Our dog, Dezirae, is usually a pretty nervous dog at times but she did AMAZING with everyone!
