She apparently had an injury 12 weeks ago. She called and cancelled our Two dog’s appointments. She has been back to work for sometime now. She won’t return phone calls and I even left my business card in her door. I don’t think her injury was so that she couldn’t return our calls. Very unprofessional after doing business for years!

Although this groomer appears to have a reliable background, she is unreliable. Against the advice of my mother, I reached out to see if this groomer could assist me. My mother called her a couple of months ago and was never given a response. I tried as well, but to no avail. If you're unable to provide a service, do not imply differently on your website or at the very least, respond. Unprofessional in my honest opinion. Will be seeking other places and will be encouraging others to do the same.

Very stress-free grooming experience for pets I like the idea there are not other dogs in crates waiting to be groomed which I feel keeps my pet more relaxed and not stressed out having strange dogs in background. Highly recommend this groomer.
