Great place for low cost spay/neuter! Staff were wonderful the day I brought my cat in and nothing went wrong with her being spayed. However, I recently reached out about a service and got a rather nasty and super unprofessional response with unnecessary and unpleasant attitude. If you promote services and say you specialize in certain services but have your own personal concerns and get nasty with clientele in person and over the phone about your services that you are promoting and showcasing online then you should not be promoting such services and have a better customer service attitude when helping clientele. Bad look for owners and management when doing that.

They have always taken great care of my cats, but some of the ladies there are very rude. The woman who checked me in this morning, Patty i believe, was nasty right of the bat because I "didn't fill out my consent form". I did. Three times. I also tried to explain that to her and that I had my confirmation email that it was submitted. I didnt mind filling it out again, but being treated differently because their system failed was not a great experience. She then proceeded to tell me that my cat carrier "had stuff all over it" and was "so disgusting" because the tape wouldn't stick to it. The whole experience was humiliating and belittling. As someone who works in vet med, treating the clients with kidness and respect is the bare minimum.

Low cost place! Def needed a place like this! Got my cat shots and Spade! I still feel like it was kind of pricey compared to some places, but when I went to the regular vet I spent $250, so it was $90 for everything plus I gave a $10 donation because they don't get paid there, and also $5 for the e-cone. So it sure beats going to a regular vet! I am very grateful. I did get yelled at a couple times, but I guess that was because I was not reading and comprehending everything that she wrote me about the process, but I finally figured it out and I understand that they are super busy.

We take all of our animals here to get spayed and neutered. They are fabulous and have helped us so much. Our "Tator-Tot" just was neutered there about a month ago.
