If I could give 10 starts I would! Extremely friendly, took my mom’s 16 year old dog in and got his nails clipped when they weren’t even open. Highly recommend. I was taking my dog to pet supply plus for three years and took her once to dog gone groomers and I will never go back to pet supply plus again. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The prices are affordable, friendly staff and amazing service. I couldn’t be more happy. Cheech also LOVES coming. Very professional.. my dog had bad nerves and had an accident. They cleaned him up and didn’t complain. Again, very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Joe, Nicole, and staff are EXCELLENT! We chose Dog Gone years ago simply because they were super close, but quickly realized we hit the jackpot in so many other ways. They truly love every dog that walks through the door. Last night while waiting for my boys at their nail trim appointment, another customer was picking up her dog. Her dog had bitten/drawn blood, and worse, the bite was on the same hand as a previous injury/wound. Joe was completely unbothered. He wouldn’t even allow the customer to apologize for her dog. He explained he was willing to be as patient as he needed to be at each and every appointment no matter the dogs behavior. As a dog lover through and through, I know that my babies are safe and loved while with Joe and Nicole! (And they do great work, too! 😉)

I take my two dogs to A Dog Gone Pet Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the grooming service they provide! My dogs look absolutely amazing every single time I pick them up with their new bandanas! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they take great care of my dogs throughout the entire process. It is clear that the groomers really care about the pets they work with. We've been using them for our dogs since they opened. And could not be happier. The courtesy professionalism and the way the dogs react to them are all outstanding. Let me put it to you this way, we live in Wellsboro PA. That's 225 mi from here. And we bring the dogs here to be groomed. I think that says it all.

I have a teacup Yorkie so she is fragile. They are very delicate with her. As well as Professional, clean, timely, fair prices and excellent grooming. My mother -in -law takes her Yorkie & soon my mother's pup for their ala carte bath, nails, brushing. Highly recommended. We won't go anywhere else!
