I cannot recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare enough! When my cat needed immediate treatment, they were amazing at getting her in right away, which gave me such peace of mind. The staff did an incredible job not just at treating my cat, but at comforting her and me throughout the entire process. They truly go above and beyond, demonstrating genuine care and compassion. Beyond the excellent service, their affordability is a massive bonus. It’s clear they prioritize the happiness and health of the pets they treat and the satisfaction of their owners. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to share! I brought my feline, Moxie, to Thrive on September 5, 2025, and the service was AWESOME. Moxie was surprisingly calm and relaxed, and the staff made her feel at ease while they did their work. This visit was a night and day difference from our experience last year at “Good Vets” in the Toco Hills shopping center. The pricing at Thrive was much more reasonable, and best of all—we actually got to see a knowledgeable, caring vet. A huge shoutout to Dr. Bradford, Katie, Blue, and the entire Thrive staff. You were professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what you do. Moxie and I thank you abundantly and will absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend giving Thrive a visit!

Thrive Decatur the staff is always friendly and always treat my fur babies with care. They took great care of my Maddie when I had to make the decision for her to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank y'all.

I’ve been to the Decatur location 3 or 4 times for the care for our small dog. Each time we’ve seen a different vet and all have been great. For each visit they have spent lots of time explaining things and presenting options. I was impressed with a particular phone call from one of the vets in which he went into great detail about the results of the blood work done and what they meant. The person at the front desk is friendly and professional in person and on the phone.

We’ve been bringing our yorkie-poo to Thrive Decatur for right at a year now - including two annual exams and a couple of visits due to some hip pain he experienced in the fall. Every time we’ve brought him, they’ve been informative, communicated clearly, and been personable with me and good with our dog. I also love that the Thrive membership means exams are free/paid for throughout the year (depending on how you think about it), since that lowers the impact of a “big” vet bill. We won’t be changing vets any time soon!
