I initially brought my dog here for a second opinion due to a months long illness. The team here was able to diagnose him and help him get better. However, his health did deteriorate unexpectedly. We contacted Clairmont on the 26th to discuss end of life preparations for our dog. I have to thank Dr. Burns and Maddie for handling the whole situation with so much love and care. We were able to be squeezed in on the day of despite their busy schedules. We never felt rushed or pushed to make decisions and they allowed us so much time to say our good byes. I hate that I’ll most likely not be using your services anytime soon. But if you do need veterinary services, this is the place to go. Thank you to the Clairmont Animal Hospital for being so caring and accommodating until the very end.💕

We have been taking our beloved cats to Clairmont Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. They have always been wonderful, whether for checkups, shots, or heartbreaking times of having to euthanize. This past Sunday, they came through for us again. For the last year, we had been taking care of a sweet, elderly feral we named Todd. We TNRed him (thank you, Lifeline!) and had him treated for infections and such. We had not brought Todd to Clairmont before because we could never be sure when he would show up, so we couldn't schedule appts in advance. He had been diagnosed with diabetes, leukemia, and fiv, and a lot of injuries, and for a year or do, did well with treatment. Recently, he had begun to lose interest in food, even though bloodwork and urinalysis showed no new issues and even t

It’s ok. I brought my cat here bc they have weekend hours. The vet tech and the vet didn’t seem very friendly. Not rude by any means. Just didn’t seem particularly happy to be there or excited about my pet the way other places are. Prices seem fair enough. I was a little surprised they didn’t take a urine sample, fecal sample, or blood sample for this wellness exam. It’s a new cat so I would have appreciated that. They just listened to the cat’s heart, weighed him, and asked if I had any concerns. Cats are famous for hiding their issues, so I would have appreciated more scientific analysis than that. Place seemed clean at least and you can schedule online.

Very friendly, professional and thorough. They treated my dog gently. It was his first visit, and he had no anxiety due to the care that was given.

Pissed off doesn’t even cover how I feel about the service I got today. I have a senior lab mix who has been having diarrhea since Friday night with a little bit of blood. I called the office at 2:30 frantic because it is now Sunday and she was still Having diarrhea. The office lady informed me that she was going to put in a prescription To help calm my dog’s stomach And then put me on the schedule for Tuesday for My baby to be seen. She also said that she would send me a text message or give me a call back when the prescription was ready. It’s almost 6. Apparently the office has been closed for 30 minutes, but I never received any notification to come pick up the damn medication. Now I have to deal with another day of my dog having Diarrhea. I do not like it when someone says they’re gonn
