Frogs to Dogs, Training & Pet Care

We can’t say enough great things about Frogs to Dogs! They came highly recommended by friends, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Our dog Roo has been going since she was a puppy for boarding, daycare, and group training, and we’ve had such a great experience. We love the detailed videos they send after each stay, and it’s clear how much the daytime training carries over at home. Roo gets to burn off energy and safely socialize with other dogs, and the group classes are a fantastic way to keep building on her skills. She runs in every time, greeted with kisses and pets, and always comes home happy and exhausted. Frogs to Dogs is truly a blessing!

Words don’t describe how grateful I am for finding Frogs to Dogs! After a sudden death in the family, we very quickly needed to find a place to board my boy. After explaining that he has some reactive tendencies, they fully understood what he needed to feel safe and comfortable. Kit and Andrea took the time to speak with me for 45 minutes during his test daycare and I felt complete trust. Seeing the report cards of him playing in small groups of dogs with staff supervision made me feel so relieved that he wasn’t going to just be left in isolation. We picked him up and he was SO happy (in fact, almost unphased that we were even there 😂). We came home and he was so relaxed. We will absolutely be returning! I truly wish I could pick up Frogs to Dogs (and all the wonderful people that work there) and drop them where my pup and I moved. If we hadn’t moved, they would 1000% have continued to be the place I drop my dog off at for daycamp and boarding when needed. They are not only the most accommodating folks but they are also reasonably priced. It’s hard finding a place that will work with a 120lb dog let alone a mastiff but they took Otis in with open arms. They sent me AT LEAST 2-3 videos and/or photos of what my dog was doing in their care and they always had someone who could talk about how/what my dog did at pickup. If you are not sure where to take your dog- THIS IS THE PLACE! I wish I could give 100 stars to Frogs to Dogs!!! Our sweet Primrose is a rescue pup with leash, dog and people reactivity and F2D has given her so much in less than a month. I researched and called so many places and this is the BEST place if you want caring, knowledge and LOVING trainers. We have done the day camp training and it has provided so much peace of mind for us. They know exactly how to support your dog, they take their time and they care. Every single trainer is phenomenal! They send videos and report card support after every day. We love to watch her progress and are extremely grateful for F2D. We can’t wait to continue our training and when she is ready start classes. This place is the best! We adopted a young dog in January and had seen Frogs & Dogs every time we went to eat in downtown Decatur. We were so excited to see that it had great reviews! We started with a 5-pack training camp, and have boarded our dog here multiple times. We love seeing the videos they send -- the dogs get tons of activity and outside playtime. She clearly likes the staff too, and we are always greeted by her name when we arrive! It gives us such peace of mind to know that she is getting exercise, attention, and playtime while we are gone! And she comes home completely pooped, which is great when you have just gotten back into town and just want to relax!
