Heron's Crossing

The most calming and heart centered experience for such a deeply hard goodbye. Dr. Lauren has helped us transition 3 of our animals over the last 5 years and every time she has shown up with such immense caring, gentleness and thoughtfulness. The intuitive nature she has with animals, and the space she holds for their humans is a unique gift. The thankfulness our family feels towards Dr. Lauren is immeasurable.

We are incredibly grateful to Heron’s Crossing for the compassionate care they provided during one of the hardest days our family has faced. Dr. Jo was gentle, patient, and deeply compassionate. She gave us the time and space we needed, explained everything with kindness, and treated our sweet boy with such dignity and respect. Being able to say goodbye in the comfort of our home, surrounded by love, was a gift we will always be thankful for. In a moment filled with grief, Heron’s Crossing brought peace. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Pendergraft is truly a saint—an extraordinarily compassionate and selfless person who provides an invaluable service. He brought such comfort to both me and my beloved dog of 13 years during an incredibly difficult time. His gentle presence, kind words, and thoughtful care made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to bear. I cannot recommend him and Heron’s Crossing enough.

We have used Heron's Crossing's services for two dogs in the past and knew they were the people to contact for my sweet Bailey. Dr. James was incredibly reassuring, explained things in a gentle but thorough manner and was so supportive. Bailey loved him and was so excited to meet him, so she left this world with so much joy and peace. So thankful for one of my saddest days to have been met with such peace.
