We brought in a female Guinea pig and 4 babies so that we could have them sexed they made for a pleasant experience and we were able to get the baby's genders sext with no tassels we were able to get quick appointments. Within a couple days. Friendly staff with clean facility. Easy to fined . The doctor showed me how they figured out the sex of the Guinea pigs and sent me home with brochures on how to better take care of Guinea pigs, which was a great help.I highly recommend this facility to bring your best pitch to. Plenty of off street private parking

This place is terrible! Ladies at the front are rude and incompetent. I requested a written prescription in person they told me they would let the doctor know and they would call me back soon, I then waited a week and had no return call so I called them they said they would put in the request again. Then I have a pet related emergency and called them for help and they again said they would call me back when the doctor gets in as my dog was on the verge of having serious problems from eating a ibuprofen. They never called back. So a few days later I call again and ask why they never called back either of the times they said they would and the lady on the phone just kept repeating herself and repeating herself saying we will put the request in. Brought my new kitten here for a spay recheck and general wellness exam. I usually go to VCA in town, but I adopted from NWSPCA and had a voucher for this establishment, so thought I'd give them a try. I was very impressed! I received a reminder call 4 days before my appt, and was told I'd probabaly get another 1 day before. They ended up having a cancelation the next day, so I ended up getting to be seen even sooner. Their communication was great! The building was very neat and clean, especially in comparison to my usual vet. The receptionist was super friendly and informative. The vet techs were also very nice, and the doctor we had was the same. Everyone I dealt with was professional and seemed to genuinly love and care for animals. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews when I came

Recently took our 11yr old dog in for mobility issues. We got an appt within a few days after our past vet failed to even return our call. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and communicative. We are definitely making them our regular vet. They even called a few days later to check on her, and were so genuinely happy for her symptom improvement that they called back to make sure they heard us rich when we said she was walking again! I cannot say enough positive things about this experience, probably better than the last 5 experiences combined at our last place. It is very comforting to know there is somewhere to turn when any of our pets have a veterinary need. Pricing was fair also!
