The staff member in reception who showed me the available puppies on his computer, was very informative and nice. Also the staff member who showed me the puppies, he was very kind and helpful. We adopted a beautiful puppy and left with a bag full of food, a toy, a ball and a personal record of our boy and useful information. We had a very good experience! Our new puppy is wonderful, fun and full of energy.

The two stars are for the animals that we have adopted over the course of 40 years and the staff that was always helpful in years past. Nowadays we have the piece of work named Brandy(?) who is the most rude and ungrateful person at that location I have ever encountered. I passed on her heartless comments to family an friend and there will no longer be financial or any other support from us.

my fiance's dog got out and went missing for 2 days. his dog was fixed and microchipped. he did everything he could to find him, all to no avail. he contacted the SPCA and they said they didn't have his dog. he had a strange feeling, so he checked their website... and there was his dog, already listed up for adoption! he finally got his dog back... and he came home with kennel cough. after only 2 days at the SPCA, he came home with an awful case of kennel cough. horrible people, and they're rude when you talk to them. all they care about is money.

We love our dog. She was so worth the wait. She is growing up to be such a good dog. I am happy we found her at the SPCA. She doesn't like to have her picture taken! After almost a year of searching, we have found our new companion. We met her today. She will be easy to train and be a welcome spark of energy we need. We get to bring her home next week, I am so excited. The NW SPCA staff were kind and very professional. We were able meet our new dog in an outdoor enclosure and spend time with her as well as ask questions. I can't wait until next week. UPDATE: we are very happy with our new dog. She is energetic and very smart. It has been a great experience.
