My daughter's Huskies needed a good bath. The staff were amazing and bath area was easy to find and was clean. There are 2 stations so both got bathed at the same time.$ 9.99 each was an excellent deal. So sorry to the poodle and pittie waiting for us to finish and clean up.

Misleading with product placement and pricing. Chicken worm treat 4lb bags were listed as buy one get one free. However every bag above the 4lb bar codes were 5 lb bags at $5 more per bag. I looked for several minutes. Found 2lb, 3lb, and 5lb, no 4lb. Clerks attitude about it was non chalant, no big deal. Did not offer to locate the 4lb bags or explain why the (IMO) dishonesty in displays and product placement.

Went to Oroville California location at 8pm tonight ( august 7) Needed life saving medicine for chickens urgently. Male Manager told me that putting a phone number would “crash his system because it did earlier”. I explained to him it was life or death and I’m sorry that happened earlier but I need this life saving medicine. The store was completely empty so it wouldn’t have held up customers.
