I had a remarkable experience today. We were able to have our boxer seen the day after we called for a concern. His results were negative which was wonderful to hear and Dr. Thomas went above and beyond. She noticed two teeth that needed to come out and assisted. 100% unrelated to what brought us in. Customer service like that shows us they truly care about our animals and I highly recommend her services.

Took our older dog in for his initial check-up after moving. Everyone was great! Dr Thomas took the time to let us know everything that was going on and our options,best for Snoopy.❤️

I have been bringing my pets to Thomas Animal Hospital for many years, and the exceptional care and customer service continue to impress me. Dr. Brock and the entire team are truly outstanding. Currently, I have a large black Lab who was quite a handful before his training, yet the staff was always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful with advice when I needed it most. The ladies at the front desk are especially welcoming and efficient, making every visit a positive experience. The entire team at Thomas Animal Hospital goes above and beyond to ensure both pets and their owners feel supported and cared for. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care.

Animal hospital? Right…called to ask if I could bring dog in as she has a EMBEDDED TICK which should be removed ASAP due to disease (I’m disabled and can’t hold tweezers) and she says NO!! I don’t have anyone here that can do that! Really? Unbelievable

UPDATE: We have now been going here for over 10 years and we are still loyal customers. The name has changed but nothing else. The same wonderful, caring staff cares for our pups. We lost our Tasha but have a new pup in our pack. Luna! She loves them all just as much. 🥰 The very first time I brought one of my pets to Dr Brock's office it was an emergency and they fit me in first thing in the morning. My female lab mix was very sick with a really high fever. Dr. Brock checked her and was not sure what was going on for sure but kept her that day and when I picked her up she was so much better already!! They gave me some medicines to give her and told me how to care for her and within a week she was all better!! My family and I will never go anyplace else, ever again! They genuinely care abo
