FLUFF Animal Rescue

Don't go here!!! I repeat don't go here. I feel bad for any animal at this so called rescue! This place gave me sick cats. Well I did pay to adopt them ! But they did not disclose the health issues each cat had. then refused to help pay for the veterinarian fees I had to pay out of pocket after taking them home and to my personal vet because one was peeing perfusly.. I adopted them after my baby of 17 years passed. He also had a lot of health issues. As some of us know that can become very expensive and stressful so when I found Charlie and Jody at fluff I made it so so so so so clear that I did not want to take on cats with health issues!! This shelter appears not to concern itself with serious issues. Heartbreakingly, we returned our puppy due to alarming behavioral issues, as attested to by a licensed, experienced trainer. Accoding to him, the training needed would be extensive, greatly time consuming for us, and very costly. Sadly, those are luxuries we do not have at this time. We had taken the puppy for a check up with our personal vet. After returning the puppy, our vet notified us of a serious health issue which needed addressing right away. The shelter was notified immediately. The issue can harm humans as well as the puppy and other animals. Within 4 days of returning the puppy, and the afternoon of notifying them of the health issue, we saw the puppy was relisted for adoption. We know this was definitel

Wonderfully group of people. I've been volunteering here for 6 months. Cat and dogs rescued. Last chance for many dogs, who come in from the kill shelters. I (my wife) has adopted 2 kittens and we are fostering a lovely pup that needs some human socialization. Very caring people. Can't recommend them enough.

I love this rescue. It is now located in Pinellas Park. The thrift shop is still on Seminole Blvd. Please consider donating to this thrift shop or buy from them because all proceeds go to the care of the animals. If you are looking foe volunteer opportunities go on line and fill out the volunteer application. They always need people who want to play with the dogs plus many other things. Consider fostering again fill out an application on line.
