Got a hamster from here on the 9th and I am very disappointed with the way they cared for it. I had it for about a week and after a couple of days of it being home I noticed it was always sleeping, wasn’t moving much, had her eyes almost shut most of the time, losing weight, wasn’t eating or drinking, and peeing and pooping on herself. I thought she was depressed and kept an eye on her expecting her to get better. Until the 18th, I picked her up from her enclosure and noticed blood on her parts and a matted lump of what looked like feces and dried blood. Concerned, I took her back to get looked at by a vet and was told I’m able to get a refund if the animal looked sick or isn’t acting right if it is brought in before 30 days and they will do their “best” to try to help. Wonderful staff . Had my puppy Sissy in for her first time toenails cut and buffed for her birthday. She was a little worried at first but did very well. She enjoyed other dogs being around to socialize with. Great trip , we'll be back!!!!!!

The check out lady was awesome, she actually called to get my $5 coupon redeemed! The $5 is nice but that she would actually do that is great!! The store itself was kind of messy and no carts I had to carry my heavy bag of dog food around the store,

My experience was amazing. Alittle hectic on my end because I didn’t keep up with my dog maintenance. The Vteco total care is so good at what they do. Aerial and Tammie very understanding I wish I knew everyone name who helped me out 😔

We came here to learn more about what having a pet entails to see if having a pet is a good move for my 4 year old grandson. We watched ferrets sleep and saw hámsters and gerbiks and even nice run on a rotary treadmill. We saw some rescue cats but they didn't seem to be able to keep up with my grandson. We explored all the items to care for gerbils and ferrets with the housing, bedding feeding and watering. Dogs and cats needs include leashes. Food, vaccines and toys which we found on clearance. We also checked out Vetco hospital for what to be concerned about with pets. MICHAEL explained many difficulties that pets can have with health care. We explored the cute parakeets.
