SPOT Spay & Neuter Clinic

At 4 weeks old, we took this beautiful girl to my veterinarian of over 10 to 15 years, and they stated that there was nothing they could do due to her eye condition. I was desperate to find a solution, so I took her to Spot three weeks ago, and she is now a completely different cat, no longer sick. I fail to understand why we invest significant amounts of money in these large veterinary clinics when they do not provide adequate assistance for our animals, as my Billie is now thriving after visiting Spot veterinarian.

I have several cats that I have taken into my home and several that I have been feeding for years. One of them named Speedy still had his testicles and was bullish towards the other cats and always spraying, roaming & getting into fights. I took him to the clinic to be neutered & receive rabies injection and injection for worms. Everyone was professional, friendly & efficient. It was a politely laid back environment with a small brocante with items for sale and the proceeds are used towards maintaining low cost for the animals. The quality of care for Speedy superseded the cost. We were impressed by services, care of animals & cost of treatment. I was transported back to France because it’s exactly like this whereby the “Animal health “is more important than money!

This is solely based on the long dark haired Karen who answers the phone and intakes customers. I’ve been coming to your establishment for 7 years since I moved to St. Pete. The receptionist at the front with the long dark hair has progressively gotten worse with her attitude and sarcastic tone. I was waiting to take a picture of my dogs chart for my records. It wasn’t fairly busy at this point and I said the other girl might need help looking (it had been well over 15 min). She said she’s young and doesn’t know much bc she’s new there. I brought my cat Cooper to SPOT Spay & Neuter Clinic to be neutered, and I could not be more impressed. The price was an incredible $60, compared to the $500 quote I received from my regular vet — a massive difference! Not only was the cost unbeatable, but the staff was friendly, professional, and truly caring. They treated Cooper gently and made sure I understood everything before and after the procedure. The clinic was clean, organized, and clearly dedicated to affordable, quality pet care. I am so grateful to have found SPOT and will be recommending them to every pet owner I know. The check in was incredibly fast and a woman behind the counter was extremely nice. It only took like maybe 5 minutes for my dog to get her shot. And then we checked out and the lady who checked out and the lady who checked out and the lady who checked us out was extremely extremely nice. I'm very, very happy. And I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Plus it's incredibly inexpensive!!
