This review is written a few weeks before this facility closes. My wife and I have been taking our senior dog here so she could take the water tread mill classes each month. We’ve been coming here for roughly 10 months and it’s been the best thing we could do for our dog. She’s be running and playing more, it kind of gave her a second wind. The staff here is great and they truly care about each dog and wanted to see them succeed in their training. This place had its own community and you were in it whether you liked it or not, but you always got the best care for your best friend. Thank you Think Pawsitive for helping out our girl and for the amazing community you’ve invited us into. We’re sad to see you shut your doors soon but we understand. Thank you.

Spoke with someone explaining I have a confident dog and a dog lacking confidence, but does well when with the confident dog. Was told if I got the confident dog PRO swim approved that they would be able to swim together. I did that and scheduled a pro swim and assisted swim together. Prepaid, drive an hour and a half one way to be told that they can't swim together because the other dog had not done an assisted swim by himself. I did explain that the other will not get in the water without the other dog on the phone which is when the pro with assisted was recommended. I said I wanted my money back which I was told will take weeks.

Was looking for facilities that provided swimming for my almost 1 year old German Shepherd. I wanted the best and Think Pawsitive popped up. Steph, who helped us, really showed me how much they want to teach myself and my girl. Ahsoka had such a blast. She was exhausted by the time she got home. Thank you Steph. We will definitely be back. Such a great activity to do in the summer time. Gives Ahsoka the exercise she needs as well to help her muscles. Will have to bring in my older dog soon to try it out.

My husband and I recently moved back to Wisconsin and were looking for a place to take two of our dogs swimming as they were spoiled and had an in-ground pool at our previous home. Think Pawsitive came up in our search and we decided to give it a try. It’s been nothing but a positive experience for us. Both our dogs had to do a swim eval separately and then one together before we could have them swim unsupervised. Today was our first unsupervised session and although we drive a ways to get here, it’s worth the absolute joy it brings our dogs. Excited to have this available to us especially in the winter when outside activities can be limited.

I took my dog Millie to One class in person. I purchased the recommended treats and that wasn’t good enough at that class. She was given a tube of peanut butter while training. Within two days, I noticed mouth warts I took Millie to the vet and they instructed me to let them know. I was never offered a refund, but it was so kind of them to let her come back for a couple more classes provided. I spend more money on top of the vet bill And medication. In order for her to come back for the rest of her training package, I had to spend another vet visit to have her cleared along with a letter. Once I reenrolled her in another class four months later I was told I could’ve had a refund, but I already signed up for a future package Millie and I went to one more class and I was treated like
