VERY happy crestie owner checking in almost a year after bringing home my first crested gecko! My girl has been BEYOND happy and healthy and I cannot recommend this place enough! Such knowledgeable staff, perfect starter supplies, and BEAUTIFUL crested geckos!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. We've purchased chameleons and bearded dragons here with our second bearded dragon purchase being just a couple of months ago. Each time we arrive we have had knowledgeable staff answer all of our questions and give us insightful recommendations on care. We appreciated being able to play with a bunch of young beardies this last time in getting to pick out one for ourselves based on which little guy we interacted with the best. It is leaps and bounds better to come here for your next pet than look for a reptile friend at any of the big box store companies. It is best to shop local small businesses like Captive Bred where it seems they live and breathe for the well being of all the animals that are in their care.

Wonderful place where you can tell the owner and employees truly care for the animals. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took their time educating on proper husbandry and care of the animals. I will absolutely be back!

I got a leopard gecko a few weeks ago and when i went in the person was very “you must get this” and wouldn’t let me get what i wanted, as im under 18 it’s harder for me to speak up. He told me that “geckos don’t care about the size of enclosure” which is wrong because it adds more space to climb and hide and didn’t even ask what age gecko i was planning on getting. I was also not told any age, any health issues/history, and how often they were feeding. Very unprofessional.
