If a Fleet Farm and a Walmart had a baby that got all the good traits—plus manners—it would be this place. This place is wild, but in the best “how did they fit all of this in one building?” kind of way. You walk in for a bag of chips, and suddenly you’re debating whether you also need a new pair of hunting boots, some cattle gear (even if you don’t own cattle), a snow shovel, gloves, and a birdhouse that just speaks to your soul. But here’s the twist: unlike the chaotic stores it resembles, Theisens's actually makes sense. I had trouble with the price of chicken feed not matching from the shelf to their computer system and I asked for them to get it checked and they refunded me but it took nearly 20 minutes to do so and they gave me the difference in a gift card instead of on my credit card but that's ok at least they tried to make it right. Be careful because they, like so many stores will overcharge so buyers beware

Drove through their pallet area to see if they had the larger river rock in yet. Sure enough they did ! Went inside to purchase 10 bags and the cashier was told by mgmt that I couldn't purchase it ?! I asked the cashier to speak with mgmt again about it , because I literally just saw it outside. Again she was told to tell me no. No reasoning at all. I called the next closest location. They had it in also and of course sold it to me . 03/08/26

Love this place great service, has alot of things i need that walmart doesn't. And I don't have to be preached at by some religious zealot on a mission like the lumberyard. Glad they keep religion out of customer service & i don't have to hear their political views either.

Stopped in to get mulch for a project. Took a few minutes just to browse the store and enjoy some free popcorn. I was approached by no less than six different employees offering to help me find what I was looking for. Very possibly the friendliest store I have been in for a long time. I would likely come here again when I'm in the area.
