Place is amazing for grooming and the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is NOT a Walmart by all means. So, thinking stuff will be cheap in the downtown square of any small town is ridiculous. Yes, the people talk to you and will discuss many things including their dogs. That is what they do. If you need to hurry and go, say it. My goodness, the people these days whaah-whaahing about the simplest stuff to rectify is beyond me. There is nothing "rude" about the ladies that work there. They do their job and are good at it. Will be my "go to" place for as long as they stay. Started seeing them since day one and the only thing that I can come up with that is negative about them is: they are booked out so long on grooming sometimes but that mean the business is goo

I love that this store is so close. They have great brands and are convenient. I do think the woman who is usually there needs a lesson in body language and social etiquette. She talks incessantly and makes it nearly impossible to be able to leave the store, even if you’re walking away. She’s nice and personable but definitely over shares. It can make store visits, vexing. The store itself is great. It is clean, organized and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Traveling through Newton from Lincoln Ne. with a very anxious pet. Stopped by for help and staff was wonderful. Helped us with a product to help our sweet dog.be ok with being in car. If in area would stop in again. Beautiful store!

I took our germanshepard Cruise up there to have a bubble and a blowout and they cleaned her teeth trimmed her nails cleaned her ears as well as trimmed her up a bit, and did an awesome job. She looked Beautiful. She is really great with your pets.❤🙋👍😁
