Today was my anxious Australian Shepards first grooming appointment. I had no idea how she would behave!!!!! Tiffany did an amazing job helping her stay calm and making the experience a good one. Highly recommend!!
We were extremely disappointed in the quality of grooming. We took our little jack rat terrier for a simple summer trim. She is older and extremely mellow and easy to groom. We are not sure what they used...clippers, a hedge trimmer...a hacksaw perchance?Her coat is extremely uneven, with "divets" of fur missing, choppy, jagged, uneven... Unfortunately, it will take a month or two for her coat to grow back enough to have someone else fix it. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but this was awful.
Chewy just got a haircut ,such a great job ,so happy !
Amber grooms my pup and she always does an amazing job!!
