The Wet Nose

Huge shout-out to Wet Nose & Roma for always doing an amazing job with our Bernese Mountain Dog. Berners are a lot of work, and Roma truly understands the breed. The coat always looks perfect and our pup comes home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. You can tell the love goes into the work. We trust Roma and Wet Nose completely and couldn’t recommend her more!

My dog & cat always have the best experience when they go to The Wet Nose Grooming Salon for their spa day! All the staff is very friendly & professional. The location is perfect in Solon on Pettibone rd. Easy access to the shop from the parking lot with pulling almost right up to the door. The Grooming Salon is decorated so perfectly. The prices are right on target. The Wet Nose is amazing and I highly recommend them to all.

I would not recommend Wet Nose for anyone who owns a Bernese Mountain Dog. When I picked up my "fur" baby, he had been completely shaved without my consent. Anyone familiar with properly grooming a Berner knows that their double coat should never be fully shaved, as it helps regulate temperature and protects them from the cold. I feel terrible that he can’t comfortably go outside and enjoy the weather he loves right now. If a groomer is unfamiliar with a specific breed, they should take the time to research proper grooming practices beforehand. In addition to the shave, two of his nails were cut too short, and when I arrived to pick him up he was still bleeding from the incident. I had such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and made my dog feel so comfortable. He came out looking amazing, and you can tell they really care about the pets they work with. The scheduling process was easy, the facility is clean and overall just such a great place! Definitely my new go to grooming spot!

When i tell you i will never go anywhere else for my 2 bernese mountain dogs and my husky, i mean it. They made me and my dogs feel super comfortable and listened to my concerns. I haven’t been the greatest with at home maintenance so the groomer took the time and showed me what kind of brushes and combs to get to keep up with these double coated beasts. Highly recommend. 😍
