We love Miranda. She always remembers Woody and is excited to see him! She always listens to what we want out of his grooming while providing her opinion in a professional way. We’ve had other groomers shave him so short, when not matted, and he is miserable. Miranda takes her time and knows how to handle doodle fur. Highly recommend her!

Unfortunately, our dog didn’t get the opportunity to make it to the grooming table. I want to preface, my wife made the appointment online and I was simply asked to drop him off. The location came highly recommended by a friend and we were really looking forward to having a good experience. I arrived 10 mins late to the Saturday morning appointment and immediately when I walked into the grooming area I could sense the anxiety in the room. There were two employees having a discussion which I presumed wasn’t a positive one based off of their body language. I was then asked what I was there for and I indicated I was dropping off our dog for grooming services. I was asked if I had his rabies documentation of which I asked if maybe when my wife scheduled the appointment online she maybe

Used the self service dog wash over the weekend. That was nice! They had a nice bay to wash my dog in and they supplied everything else that was needed. Different kinds of shampoo, towels, a blow dryer and grooming tools. That was one of the most convenient services I have ever used.

Pet supplies Plus in Solon is definitely the best place to buy anything or everything for your pet just look at the photos posted they have lots of deals and a friendly staff to help.

I’ve taken my pets here to be groomed ever since we got her which has been over a year. They have always done a nice job. The last time I took my dog here I was late picking her up due to a car issue. It was only like an hour, but I guess since the groomers portion closes way earlier than the store, it was a big deal to them. Even though they charged an additional $20 boarding fee for the hour, which I don’t mind paying because I was late. I booked another appointment and was told that they can no longer service my dog because she’s aggressive. I have a 6 pound Yorkie. She’s not aggressive at all and definitely not a threat to the groomers. The manager Sarah was very unhelpful. This is not good business or a great way to treat a loyal customer.
