They were very nice and understanding. They made sure Mr. Snacks wasn’t in pain when handling him. The results were quickly given and they described us the choices we would take. He was a 16 year old cat who was diagnosed with bladder and liver cancer, kidney disease, and a heart murmur. It was either make him go through a series of tests and treatments that doesn’t guarantee a painless life or put him down. We decided to put him down so he didn’t have to suffer anymore. They gave him medication for the pain and set my mother and I in a cozy room for his final moments. They gave us all the time we needed to spend with him and to say goodbye. The Dr told us what she was doing and when he would take his last breath. After that they let us sit with him and placed him in a box with blankets so

I highly recommend this clinic. Saying goodbye to my best friend of 18 years was one of the hardest things I've had to navigate. The kind and compassionate staff here helped me step by step to help my little fur angel to pass peacefully. I feel so blessed that I took her here instead of other choices. I know that if I encounter any medical issues with my other dog, I will take him here.

I have nothing but great things to say about AcutePet Urgent Care. The people, the treatment, and the hospital. I had to take my dog in on Sunday night because she was bitten by another dog. I was freaking out. She was bleeding everywhere because it was her ear. Everyone was amazing!!! They were able to take care of her immediately. They explained all charges (reasonable for an urgent care) and fixed her up right away. Thank you for caring for Lily!!!!!!!!!

Bottom line: 10000/10 I would recommend Acute Pet Urgent Care. • more affordable than an emergency vet • unmatched customer service/above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. • knowledgeable, kind, quick and respectful I came here under unfortunate circumstances, and from an hour away to get help for my dog, Charley. Not only were they able to get me in right away, but they got him back to run tests and take blood within 10 minutes of being in the room. I feel that all of the vets and vet techs there treated us like family. They were so respectful, kind, and full of compassion and empathy. I can tell that they truly care. Which is why I’d absolutely drive another hour away if I needed too. They aren’t considered an emergency vet so their prices are MUCH lower, which is such a relief

This was our first visit to AcutePet, and I was really impressed. It was so nice to be able to get an appointment to be seen on a Sunday and get started on treatment. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The vet, Dr. Martin, and all of the staff were very nice and caring. Dr. Martin is explained the possible diagnoses very clearly. She offered various testing options but didn’t push us into anything extra. There may be some instances in which a pet needs emergency care, but for most basic needs, this is a great, convenient, reasonably priced option. Highly recommend and would use again.
